By Mail:
Returning or exchanging your online purchase is easy. Simply return
the item (s) including the order summary that came with your order,
within 14 days of the original ship date. Once we receive the returned
product, we will refund to your credit card the value of the
merchandise and any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping charges
unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged). If you don't
include your order summary, we will issue you a merchandise credit for
the current selling price of the items you are returning. Merchandise
credits can be redeemed in our store, or online.
In Store:
Returning or exchanging your online purchase at our retail store is
fast and easy. Just bring in your items within 14 days of the original
ship date, the credit card used and the order summary that came with
your order. We'll credit the value of the merchandise and any taxes you
were charged in the original form of payment (excluding shipping
charges unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged).
If you don't have your order summary with you, we will issue you a
merchandise credit for the current selling price of the items you are

Sale price adjustments:
Sale price adjustments must be made within 14 days of the original ship date. Simply send us an email at orders@thestadiumstore.com
with the original invoice number and we will credit the difference to
your credit card. Adjustments to credit cards will be made within two
billing cycles.
